UK WEATHER UPDATE
The UK is currently experiencing adverse weather conditions with up to 100mph winds causing delay to parcel delivery. UPS, DHL & EMS are currently reporting ground issues within the London and southern east region. Please refresh this page in order to receive an update on the whereabouts of your delivery.
Covid-19 update
Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak all orders (until further notice) are subject to shipping and delivery delays. We are currently trialling a number of delivery solutions in order to ensure both prompt and safe delivery options for all customers, whilst simultaneously remaining within the guidelines as outlined in the UK government directive. We are currently dispatching items on a three day per week delivery cycle (Mon-weds-fri) items are disinfected once they arrive with us over a 24 hour period and are dispatched on the next delivery cycle.
General shipping information
All orders are processed within 72 hours (up to 96 hours for international orders), once processing has completed, all items take an additional 3-9 working day period to be shipped (3-10 working days for international orders). An additional 3 working day extension period is added to deliveries during periods of high volume orders. Unless stated on the item listing, non of our items are available for next-day dispatch, please be aware of this and pay extra attention to this while placing orders.
post restante
Our UK Mainland courier/postage provider of choice is Royal Mail, although most Royal Mail post offices accept postage under 'post restante' we are unfortunately unable to send parcels directly to post offices and Post Office Boxes and also unable to send parcels billed under post restante, therefore all orders billed and shipped to Royal Mail postal offices or mailing centres will be immediately cancelled and refunded. If you are an international customer, and are travelling to the UK for an appointment, please be aware that your items can be sent directly to your stylist or nail technician, please contact us via our customer services forums PRIOR to placing your order and you will be guided through the necessary steps of making this possible.
