COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to unforeseen circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak all orders (until further notice) are subject to shipping and delivery delays. We are currently trialling a number of delivery solutions in order to ensure both prompt and safe delivery options for all customers, whilst simultaneously remaining within the guidelines as outlined in the UK government directive. We are currently dispatching items on a three day per week delivery cycle (Mon-weds-fri) items are disinfected once they arrive with us over a 24 hour period and are dispatched on the next delivery cycle.
An incredible amount of effort has been placed on how we have chosen our suppliers and the factories that our hair is wefted in. Every single bundle is double wefted from scratch to avoid the inconvenience of shedding and all of our lace systems are made to order. Under no circumstances will you be sent tresses that have been previously stocked and stored by our source.
All items sent to the AUSTRALASIA are sent via UPS. At this present time we only offer 1 delivery option for the aforementioned countries, International Standard Saver.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY
In order to safeguard the recipient & The Raw Hair Co., all international orders and their respective card transactions undergo our 48-96 hour billing verification process, during which time we will not be in receipt of your funds. Billing verification is not included within the given delivery and dispatch timeframe.
For Standard delivery we aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 1 working day for stocked items & within 5 working days for non-stocked items (Monday – Friday, excl. weekends and bank holidays), your order will be sent via UPS on a tracked & signed service and you should receive your item within a maximum of 3-10 working days (excluding dispatch), an additional 3 working day extension is added to delivery times during periods of high volume orders. All stocked items will be sent via next day delivery at no additional charge. Please order by 12pm GMT in order for stocked items to be prepared and dispatched on the following working day, and non-stocked items to be processed on the same day.
DELIVERY PRICES
The following delivery prices have been set by the aforementioned courier and are automatically calculated based on the total parcel weight.
PAYMENT & PROCESSING TIMES
All international payments take 48-72 hours to process and this time is not included within the aforementioned preparation, dispatch or delivery times given. During busy periods such as Christmas, New Years, Bank Holidays and Flash Sales, payment verification times may be extended by up to three working days. All orders and their respective card transactions undergo our billing verification process, in the event that your transaction is flagged up as medium risk, high risk or completely fails your order will be cancelled and immediately refunded, further information will be provided to you via email.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We cannot be held responsible for any delayed parcels subject to third party dispatch that has been delayed (for example due to, high volume, road closures, poor weather, the sociopolitical climate or inability to access the address provided). We are not under any circumstances responsible for missed deliveries, lost deliveries, or the cost of delivery rerouting due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.In the event of political or government crisis, conflict or natural disasters your parcels will be held at our mail centres until they are able to be delivered to you.
Items sent internationally may be subject to additional customs and import duties and/or taxes, we have absolutely no control over these additional charges – please contact your local customs office for further information. In the event that these charges are not paid and your items are sent back to us your shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a second time for delivery.
